    A lot of people said that the Orbs can be used on G16 gear... I did not tried, but I don't see why would those people lie for nothing.

    What I've understood was that the Orbs is an compensation for the rollback, the rollback was an Archosaur issue, the rest it's not that hard... If i lost something on Archosaur why would I use it on any other server? If I farm 1bi on HT I can't send it for another toon on another server, can I? Is pretty much the same thing, it's not hard to understand (maybe my english will do it a little bit harder =p).

    Another point is, an Dragon Orb Ocean, on sale day, is around 40-50m with the currently gold price, 3 Orbs per e-mail, which mean 150m per account. I'm sure that 101% of the people of any server have at least 2 accounts (some people have more, and here is the big problem), and the code can be used in any account...

    So, again, I do think you guys deserve something in exchange for the 4 days lost, but is just to the maths and you'll that there is a problem - If you don't, is because you don't want to =p. I know that some people lost a lot of money (and others things that can't be replaced) due to opened packs and trades, but only a few people lost more than 150-300m, let's be honest. PWE make up for they mistake doing another mistake.

    I'm not saying to take the 10* away, but the right thing to do was put a limit of code per account and do the code work on Archosaur server only.

    they should have send the pack in game by mail, with codes there's always abuse, by mail the orb would have been bound on the char without possibility to sell.

    Only those who had an account log in to Archosaur during the rollback period were able to receive the compensation code, however.

    Why did you even send out codes? If you were able to make a list of affected characters you could have just mailed everyone the compensation directly like you do with TW rewards.

    Codes are transferable and people are selling them for cash money or are using them on other servers unfairly.

    Just admit that the staff are too lazy to fix it ticket by ticket, like you screwed up the anniversary gifts, so you decided to give every1 the same stuff despite the account age, and once and for all, hire people that actually know what they are entitled to do!

    They should have made each code useable for only the account that was e-mailed, as stated from someone earlier. It's definitely unfair when you see people on your server, not on Archosaur, that are getting more than 6 orbs. At this point I expect nothing but ****-ups from PWI.

    OFF-TOPIC: I am curious though, if we are allowed to sell codes to other people, does that mean that I can now set up a ini making shop. I make beautiful ini's and would be nice to make some in-game coin off it. b:bye

    This doesn't address a majority of people's concerns, sadly. Most people are upset about the abuse going on over the matter.

    This also doesn't address the fact I know 3 people first hand that DON'T have toon on archo and only the Morai server but they received codes in their email. So even if it was only meant for people that logged in to Archo during the effect time period, sadly that's not the case. Whatever automated system you have in place isn't affective. This is no different then the **** up with the Anni gifts that went out this year.

    Then you have this problem going on, also. If customer service is just going to be handing out codes to people with out doing any checking just to help cut down the mass amount of tickets that are coming in from this matter, that's poor business and will do nothing but continue to drive people away from the game.

    It's time band-aids stop being put every blunder that happens and looking for a quick fix to silence the masses.

    As a business, yes you want to keep your investors happy and the money flowing in. You also need to start taking at a look at the big pictures the angry customer, because no business can thrive without people spending money. b:bye

    may i ask who? i think im one of the most active users on that server and i dont know anyone that got an orb without having a char on archosaur.

    btw: someone is leading the highscore with 11 orbs now.
    and then we have someone else that very recently got "compensated" for not being able to move in NW and also got 8 orbs. oh that gratefulness.

    Their toons on Morai are to check sales that's all. They play on the same server I do. Forgot that partb:surrender

    If you want to keep score I think someone on RT is up to 21 orbsb:shutup


    PWI blundered like usual. Whatever automated system they have in place doesn't work properly and that's been proven over the years.

    + 1 to this here i already saw people on archo server geting like 30 or 40 of those orbs and im not exaggerating.

    the sad things is much of those codes are being selled by people that actually don't even know they price.

    I guess that once some of those hit 100 and want to refine will smash their heads on the keyboard on a rage atack for their own ignorance.
