harshlands - could not retrive character list

this week seems like another problem occured , was wandering if anyone can give me a hand
so server is up ( harshlands) and after i write username and password it stays like 20-30 sec and it says : could not retrive characher list ....after that a few second later i get DC

    I have the same problem...apparently we are going to wait all day to be fixed.

    This is a server-wide issue that still has not been resolved. The server has been down for 6 hours straight as of now. Some recognition of the issue from maintenance or administration would be nice.

    Still unable to connect and retrieve character along with others. Any estimated time when the server will be up and running?

    this is starting to take the **** iv been trying to get on for the last 8 hours hardly ever get a day off work and away from the miss and when I do I like to play pwi but for some reason aint working can some one atleast tell me how long its gona be down for

    PWI why you make so many mistake every update a lot of People come home from work and want Play and then this please fixe it fast b:sad

    I thought I was being smart not leaving my toons in reflection for maint guess it just didn't matter this week. For the past 4 weeks I have had to send it tickets. All other games I have played would post issue updates on main page so we didn't have to go fishing around to just find other players having problem too but no info anywhere or updates of problem being resolved. Guess game thinks its so big that people wolnt get fed up n walk away. just sayin!!!!
