Hey guys. I prefer to be a forum observer usually, and despise QQing, but I just had to let you guys know to never order a flyer and expect PWI to send it to you. I ordered a flyer using an augment device that I was stupid enough to pay 150mil for, and now 3 maintenances have gone by since. This level of professionalism on their part absolutely astounds me. And furthermore, in my last ticket that I sent, they said this:
"Please do not worry. We have not forgotten your issue. Currently, the only method to reimburse items is during a scheduled maintenance. If the maintenance encounters unexpected issues or too many reimbursement requests, we will have to push your request for a future maintenance. We apologize for the slow delay."
I understand they can't seem to get maintenances right anymore, so I'm sure by that avenue, I'm probably going to have to wait until next year to get the flyer, but it's the line I put in red that I'm really not so sure about. I've had numerous friends in the game be reimbursed in game for stolen items and such by GMs that actually log into the game outside of a scheduled maintenance period. I just wanted to pull from the knowledge of some of you more experienced players, to see if you can confirm an assumption: That GMs can simply log into the game, spawn an item using the GM console, and then mail it out for reimbursement. I know I just sound like a stupid QQer but I just don't like waiting 25 days to receive something I've paid so much coin for.
Okay. Rant over. Ugh.
*Update* They finally got it too me last Wednesday. Would have posted earlier but meh, busy with real life and stuff. I can sort of understand the delay now because of all their fails with maintenances, but still they should have found a way to make it a lot faster, in the manner Euthymius pointed out.

You know, it would make things a lot easier of a sealed aerogear and Augment Device can be exchanged for the Unsealed counterpart via NPC like a Boutique Agent or the 1k Aerogear forge.

They can even send it through a webbased script so they wouldn't have to log in at all in-game...Soon™

Lol web based script too?. I had already included my original assumption in my last ticket update this morning, but I haven't gotten to play in a while because of college and social life, so just had to be sure I remembered correctly. Thanks a lot for the info though, I'm sure this will be useful in pushing them to do their jobs!
But... that may be a bit more difficult than I think... xD0 -
You know, I suspect that that forge even works. But seeing as PWE had no clue we had gotten the new instance, they probably offered that solution. b:chuckle[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

It's true. The forge probably works.
The items required for it are both in the game but nobody farms Dragon Den for obvious reasons and the drop rate for the flyers is very low so the few that might possibly run it will have very low chance of getting a flyer let alone the one they desire.[SIGPIC]http://i.imgur.com/MtwcqjL.png[/SIGPIC]

There are a few who farm it here but I thought it wasn't very popular on other servers ;o[SIGPIC]http://i.imgur.com/MtwcqjL.png[/SIGPIC]

I've done four runs in there and saw the flyers drop twice so far and saw the flying dragon at the end one time. One of our squad mates used a gas bag and connected with the dragon and he ended up in some secret room with secret stuff.I did not feel the treachery or inconstancy of a friend, nor the injuries of a secret or open enemy. I had no occasion of bribing, flattering, or pimping, to procure the favour of any great man, or of his minion; I wanted no fence against fraud or oppression: here was neither physician to destroy my body, nor lawyer to ruin my fortune; no informer to watch my words and actions, or forge accusations against me for hire: here were no gibers, censurers, backbiters, pickpockets, highwaymen, housebreakers, attorneys, bawds, buffoons, gamesters, politicians, wits, splenetics, tedious talkers, controvertists, ravishers, murderers, robbers, virtuosos; no leaders, or followers, of party and faction; no encouragers to vice, by seducement or examples; no dungeon, axes, gibbets, whipping-posts, or pillories; no cheating shopkeepers or mechanics; no pride, vanity, or affectation; no fops, bullies, drunkards, strolling prostitutes, or poxes; no ranting, lewd, expensive wives; no stupid, proud pedants; no importunate, overbearing, quarrelsome, noisy, roaring, empty, conceited, swearing companions; no scoundrels raised from the dust upon the merit of their vices, or nobility thrown into it on account of their virtues; no lords, fiddlers, judges, or dancing-masters.

Got someone on Heaven's Tear who's been waiting three weeks to get his flyer from the Augment Device.
Seriously, if you're going to implement something like this, at least have the decency to follow up and send people their items. It's really not that hard.there are no stupid questions, just a lot of inquisitive idiots.0 -
Just threaten to demand for your augment device back b:surrender Got my flyer within the next day after I called them out for not providing a service to my satisfaction and now I'm a happy little chappy with a Machinarium xD
Btw it took them around 3 weeks too to send me my flyer as well b:angry[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
