    Judging from what most factions are recruiting I would have to say wizards.

    We have an over-abundance of sins and seekers, and since NW many people have made archers. We also seem to have a pretty good amount of mystics, I've actually been in squads where 3 of the 6 people were mystics. Obviously cleric and barbs are still in high demand. We have a decent amount of venos, but again it's a class that at least on our server seems to be in high demand. I know many factions are also looking for psychics.
