      A message that said : "could not retrieve character list" popped up as soon as I logged in.

      I tried restarting the client and it still doesn't work.

      Tried 5 times to login into Archosaur server, all giving me "Could not retrieve character list" error.

      There were some unexpected last-minute delays with the manual patches. We're hoping they'll be ready tomorrow.

      If I were them, I'd avoid compensating you because of how much of an annoyance you're being. But maybe that's just me.

      We're looking into this. In the meantime, see if verifying the client resolves the problem.

      I was connected to the server for about 10min and then everything started to lag until it froze. I closed the client, and couldn't reconnect.

      any suggestion as to who else i could contact like maybe an address i can send a letter to like your bosses work address or something
      something like its not cool i have to jump a gm to get a response
      to even a basic question of when i will get compensation
      pls im really really not wanting to be mad anymore and as you can tell they dont want me mad anymore so pls something

      Since you won't stop crying and still being sellfish for thinking you're the only one that lost stuff, your whole server got a roll back so that means EVERYBODY lost stuff on your server. They trying to compensate it with events like 5x exp now. Imagine every single person on archosaur server starts to complain the way you do??? There is 1000ds of people that have the same issue, i don't blame PWI for not responding to everyone individual. Start reading general threads and please stop posting here like you are the only one that needs compensation.

      It seems like EVERY time there is a maintenance, There are ALWAYS and im not Exaggerating either, But literately always a Problem that prevents the server from coming back online at the designated time. Why is that? Just out of curiosity. What's the point of having a Start and end time if the end time doesn't really mean End time. I can understand once or twice out of a week, But 100% of the time? I here by guarantee the next maint after this one will Not be finished on the time stated on what you tell us.
