    Still have not received a single Demon sage card or mount, and it has been weeks. Do I really need to start a crusade again for this just to get what we were promised?

    I'll add myself to the few making it known that they still haven't gotten their rewards even after sending in a ticket and getting the mass response that it'd be fixed. I personally don't mind being patient (I know y'all are busy with other problems within the game) as long as I do someday get the reward.

    I just don't want this issue to be pushed aside and some of us forgotten, y'know?

    they keep answering me this: tys for ur patience.

    they promised that last week we were gonna get our rewards, still nothing.

    some ppl have been waiting 2 weeks already.......... i hope they compensate all the time they are making us wait. if they say that i would wait gladly but, they dont say a word...just that they are trying to fix it....

    If you used your credit card call them and tell them about it.
    Explain that you were promised that if you spent money you were due to receive something.
    (clearly bait and switch, and that is highly illegal)
    They might file a charge back, or at the very least get on PW's *** to get it fixed. If they start getting enough complaints, visa, mastercard and whoever else can revoke them merchant status for their card.
