    Thought it be better to ask this on here to see what kind of responce would i get regarding this. Are Psys considered to be dmg per hr, dmg per hit or dps since they have fast channeling but still have to use their skills to give dmg? I wouldnt think it be dps since that is pretty much related to your bms, sins and archers. So im wondering if the psy is either a dmg per hit type or a dmg per hr type.

      All classes are dps.....your dps is just damage / (channel + cast)

      And in general DPH>=DPS

      All classes HAVE dps. He is using it as saying should a psy focus on dishing out as many hits as possible (-chan) or hit as hard as possible (high mag+crit). Dps build focuses on amount of hits, dph focuses on strength of said hits.

      Psys have tide spirit. Thus they are as close to magic dps as you can get

      trip spark-->erupt-->tide spirit combo = lol pve damage

      But uh... psychics can be either dph or dps, that is one of the advantages of their class.

      That being said, I'd say they are more classically 'dps' when referring to how they kill other endgame-geared people in pvp (especially when compared to wizards, the most similar magic dd class to a psychic).

      Wizards (longer channeling) tend to lean towards 'dph'. Psychics, with lower channeling, tends to lean toward 'dps'. A psychic, barring a really lucky crit at half hp, is probably more likely to do something like skill-skill-stun skill (enemy's charm ticks)-skill-skill-seal skill, dead target. A wizard can sorta do this too, but they'll have far better success with skill, , skill, , lolwtf spark combo with skill to bypass charm, dead target.

      This is a generalization of course.

      I think it is dependent on cultivation on your tide, demons maybe considered more DPHy sages more about DPSy. Psy crits hurt a lot.

      I was thinking exact same thing Holly, and while I've never played psychic, I would have to suspect it does... after all, tide spirit and triple spark share the same buff icons.

      Nope; the black icon for inc mag atk stacks just as Barb str of titans stacks with physical trip spark and weapon proc +phys atk buff + base phys atk buff

      If u triple spark then tide spirit, you recieve both mag attack buffs (they do not overwrite) and tide spark's channel boost for 6 secs, 9 if sage and the 15 sec crit boost for demons.
