Website Maintenance Update: Ongoing!

Hello PWI Community,

I'm making this thread to answer your questions for when the website maintenance will be over:

"soon"...

It really is the best I can say! What it boils down to is that this maintenance was sorely needed and is helping us ensure a better website for the future. The difficulties that have arose were not anticipated, but we are ensuring they never return now that they are in the light.

We are deeply committed to making sure everything is rock solid for the future, but please do not think we have forgotten you. We will be doing data pulls and many other back-end operations to ensure that everyone who is currently experiencing a problem gets their just rewards.

As a reminder, if you are experiencing any issues related to website promotions, redemption, etc, please put in a support ticket so you can expedite the solution for your specific situation.

    I just wish you and all other PWE games would get the normal Vb Bullitin Jellsoft boards.I don't care much for core connect as it doesn't show my stats.I ma on another PWE board as well.

    Just set the servers on fire, get some old Dell PIII Optiplexes, and have some college students make the software, forum, and Core Connect/FB Connect/DQ rewards setup for you for free.

    1) Would be very cheap
    2) Would be a lot faster than what we currently have
    3) Would work, compared to... What we currently have
    4) Less complaining from the users

    I believe they have the same as Brazil: free, universal and utterly crappy healthcare service. Might be wrong, but that sounds pretty socialist to me.

    Before the Rollback i had used my DQ pts to buy a demon/sage event card as well as 12,000 pts worth of random dyes, both purchases due on 11/11/13. But after the rollback, the items purchased are no longer credited, however the DQ points (62,000) have been deducted from my acc. So does it mean i lost those points or PWI will credit back those 62k pts back into my acc? I'm so pissed off that i'm willing to quit this game if this issue is not positively solved!!!!

    For an issue like that, you could quite easily submit a ticket and get it resolved.

    One thing u guys should look into the support page which isn't functioning properly since several months. When anyone goes to submit a ticket they cannot select there character/server for some unknown reasons it applies for all browsers. Please look into that bug also. b:victory

    Of course it's ongoing. You guys (PWE), have about ten or so concurrent on-going issues with the web-servers, in-game servers, DQ shop, ARC, etc. Yay for normality.

    Thanks for the update. *goes back to ignoring what pwi hasnt been doing* I'll be 'good'... still I do feel you all could have said buisness days, instead of leaving that keyword out of the first post... oh well... at least we got an update about it.

    My blessing was not there last NW. Level 60 clerics with lvl 1 razor feathers were one shotting my r9 3rd cast +8 bm b:angry.

    I want my blessings soon, i am tired of everyone making me into a one shot b:cry.

    Your "lack of blessing" is making you a one shot? Are you sure that's what's at fault here?
