Mystic Skills

I am a lvl 30 mystic and I have done the quests to get the Spidervine and Befuddling creeper but when I go to the Mystic trainer and try to get/upgrade them it says i haven't reach the level yet!!

Did I miss something?

    Do you have punishing sting?

    If not, that is the problem, is it saying "Prequiste skill is to low" Then yes, that is defiantly the problem.
