PWI: Get your act together please :3

As the players all know, and as you no doubt know, there are a few *minor* problems affecting PWI at the moment! This thread will briefly summarize those issues (the ones I'm aware of anyways).

1. Blessings page not functioning properly
2. DQ Rewards page not functioning properly
3. Redeem page not functioning properly
4. Spend Zen offer not giving promised event gold/rewards
5. Spend Zen offer (last time was about 1 month ago I think) still hasn't had missing rewards sent to those players who didn't get them then.
6. Multitude of server crashes affecting multiple servers

I can't recall the last time so many things have been going wrong all at once. Time for some of you folks at PWI to pull up those shirt sleeves and prepare to do some serious overtime. The players in general are not too happy right now. I myself, a 4 year+ veteran of PWI (I've been through thick and thin) am raising my eyebrow at this latest series of events.

Time to get your act together, PWI!

+1 on this, in the nicest way possible of course. Love this game, play it daily, but with the way things are going, I may go find a more stable game to play if things aren't fixed up quick.

1-3 fall under the website stuff. They were working decently enough prior to the whole downtime thing that was announced, so I really wouldn't add those until they're done with that. If it's still getting screwy afterwards then yeah fair game at that point.

But next time post it on a day where they're actually in the office so they have a better chance of seeing it? We all know how weekends and PWE are. :P

Oh, I'm aware of all of this, lol. I just felt compelled to add my voice here, since there is some strength in numbers when reporting issues like these. I've also included the essence of this post in a ticket to the GMs. The issue most directly affecting me at this moment is the lack of charge rewards, because unlike blessings or dq rewards, which I can claim whenever, the charge rewards ends in under 2 days. That means if they don't fix it before then, I've lost out completely.

True enough. I hope that they'll at least consider the website issues from them working on it and extend the duration on the Charge Rewards stuff to make up for them being inaccessible right now.

In fact, I'd be pretty damn disappointed in them if they didn't do that because that would just be some sort of hilariously stupid oversight on their ends to make a reward people can't redeem. That or trolling worthy of having the mods tell them to ban themselves.

Can't deny that having all of this at once is a royal pain though. I'm lucky I play everywhere because if I was only on the East coast I'd probably be way too annoyed with all the compounded problems to let myself stay rational.

Aye I agree I think a lot of people's final nails in the coffin so to speak are slowly but surely being hit, especially with the number of 'errors' that have been coming up lately.

Not to mention their words (what little that has indeed came) have been quite open for misinterpretation, and ridiculously hard to locate. (Having a post on the 19th page on an arguably unofficial post is going to inevitably be missed by SOMEONE) even by those who are aware of them doing this... it can be hard to locate those posts.)

I think pwi is in quite the need of an overhaul in how they handle things/let people know what the hell is going on. (I do understand they have other things to take care off, but surely there is more than 1 person that could just give us a simple 'we know its happening and we're working on it'... (an edit on the title or a brand new post) would do WONDERS for people's faith/understanding about whats going on... sure it wont stop ALL the complaints but it will stop the ones who are annoyed, but understand that issues will arise... but yea posts that leave us/others up to interpret what they mean is just bound to create issues in one way or another.

EDIT: It's undoubtedly understandable that some unforeseeable issues will arise at one time or another, but not letting us know that you know its going on and are actually attempting to work on it... doesn't fly over well with MANY people, whether they're understandable about issues arising or not. (letting us know what is going on, will do wonders for keeping MOST peoples tempers at bay.)

EDIT 2: I am aware that even if they do start doing that, there will still be people who complain, but really I think whatever's done... the 'option' that keeps most people from complaining/having to REALLY search for it... is undoubtedly the best option to go with. In other words it is true that you can't keep everyone happy, but if you have veteran players who normally can turn the other cheek, and ignore the errors, or are content with just knowing you know... (knowing is only part of the battle we NEED words/post that we can find.. without having to search through an unofficial post.)... then something imho is being done wrong (when even veteran players who can usually make 'excuses'/turn the blind eye for you are no longer defending you)... and ergo in need of a bit of a change.

past few days i was having issues on not being ableto get a blessing from the blessing page.Later tonight around 8:15pm or so i manage to get one.I came to the site to try and i noticed the like button on there,even though i liked it,the page would not give me a blessing so i went on firefox and tried and i got it woot!b:victory

7-Tickets not being answer even wiht the regular short answer where they tell u they were checking ur problem.

8-For at least 3 days comission npc disapeared, came back on friday night i think.

9-In some moments ppl coudlnt leave instances.

Shouldn't have to send in tickets, period. This is just another dance and pony show to pass the buck back to the player base.

I know its not too too far from the "5 day" maintenance period but then they should give an update or wrap it up.

if ppl would mention all the problems which pwi needs to fix or work on..well..the list would be very long ;/

i just hope pwi manages to fix all before new content comes..or it would be even more messy
