PackDLL.dll is missing.

Never had this problem before. I have tried uninstalling and trashing all files and reinstalling Arc, but still doesn't work. I have even check to see if i can restore the file but the file doesn't even exist in my folder. Does anyone have answers to this technical issue?
What can you expect from filthy little heathens? Their whole disgusting race is like a curse. Their skin's a hellish red they're only good when dead they're vermin, as I said and worse.     Main answer: o lol... wrote something in an old "missing packdll.dll" quest today and didn't even know you opened a new thread. Don't worry, you don't need to read the old thread. Just go to your Perfect World directory and find the fixit.bat file. Doubleclick and the DLL should be installed again.

    fixit.bat doesnt show up in my files.. seems i can only log on without updating through my element file element.exe launcher

    And don't forget to completely exclude the client files and directories from all antivirus/security software first. That's likely how your file got screwed up in the first place.
