    I can successfully connect to the following servers:
    Europe: Morai
    US West: Archosaur, Lost City, Sanctuary, Heavens Tear

    I am unable to connect to the following servers:
    US East: Raging Tide, Harshlands, Dreamweaver

    AS A TEST: I even tried putting in a fake username and password to test the authentication server and it still bounced back saying "Server network error" on the US East servers. On all other servers it spoke correctly to authentication and returned the normal error "Incorrect account name or password".

    hang in there....the east is going thru some area power outages...i can't log in either b:cry...mox

    u know its funny. PWI has not changed a bit in years when it comes to fixing problem promptly, and its funny that they day i decide that hey maybe i should get back on pwi n see whats changed this **** happens. common PWI just wtf this is the reason i left in the first place. wasnt lack of content. it was ****y serveses. so yet again sence for hrs now i haven been even able to log into my server i think ill just remove the game from my PC. congratz.b:victory

    Ok I understand weekly Maint I really do. I don't agree with it but I understand it. What I don't understand is the complete lack of common sense at what they are calling "fixes" when in fact several glitches/and or broken quest haven't worked in months while we continue to hold our breath each week that they will be addressed. Sending in tickets just to get automated replies that they received the ticket and the issue is being addressed. Two years later we're still awaiting that miracle update that will address the broken quest or that glitched item that isn't there to dig. Live up to the Maint .. By the Pixel Gods .. FIX SOMETHING .. ANYTHING.. Create the illusion you're making progress. Restore a bit of the faith I still fool myself into having in this game ffs.b:angry

    Trolling is losing it's appeal. It's not trolling with I'm stating facts .. This Restart has to be a new record or something .. Scared to see a rollback or real maint anytime soon.

    yeah, i have same problems. I log in but information after says: could not retrieve characters list. Hmmm maybe is Over game PWIb:scorn

    No longer getting the error to log in however no characters on select screen,... Hoping my 104 wizard is not lost in limbo

    When i finally could log in it says "cant retrive character files" and all my toons on all my acc:s are gone.....srsly..wtf ?
