Someone to make my faction logo ( which should be simple..) i've been trying myself and submitting things for weeks that arent working and offering in game to PAY people......please please help me out

    Maybe you don't understand. so from a developer standpoint I'll share this with you. Every faction icon is stored in a dds file inside the client. this means that they have to patch the client, which sometimes takes a while, before the new icon will show up. Furthermore, every time you submit a new icon you delay it getting added. so have patience, or you won't be getting it at all.

    In addition to this, the PWE team waits until they have a certain number of faction icon submissions before they submit them to Wanmei. (Last I was aware, this was around 20)
    After they send it to Wanmei, it gets coded into the client files, tested, and then will arrive in your client in the next patch update.

    It is not unheard of to have to wait a month or two for your icon to be applied.
