East US servers down?

I'm not sure if it's true or not, but it IS true that I can't get any ping from the East Coast servers, which is sad because my characters are all on Dreamweaver.

I've tried and succeeded in logging on to the Morai server in EU, and Archosaur on the West coast, and the other West Coast servers are all giving me ping responses. But the East Coast ones aren't giving me any pings at all, and I time out on trying to log in.

Are the servers actually down, or is it just a hiccup or something? /newbie alert

    Same. Looking at server selection screen and all servers showing pings except US East. I too successfully logged in to Archo on US West. Somebody hit da button plz!
    Hopefully they didn't run in to anything major.
    Really though, even if time had NOT gone back, would still only be 3:30am EST and maintenance not "supposed" to be over until 4am so...

    Sanctuary shows green on the website but if I try to log on it shows that I can't because of server maintenance so West coast is down too.

    Really and you think it's acceptable to take 3hr for maintenance to solve a 1 hr time reset. You must be to used to all the fail and incomplete quests they provide you. Most games don't **** up this much IJS. And if they do have issues they get resolved quickly not when they feel like getting around to it.

    3 hrs waiting, & all I get is: Could not retrieve character list. Like seriously PWI get your act together b:irritated

    I'm glad that this is a free game, cause if I paid money on it I would be annoyed b:shocked

    PWE doesn't have any control over the maintenance window. It's all managed by Wanmei in China, which is basically who PWE rents the game from.

    can someone tell me why i cant log into raging tide server? all other servers have the ping on except ragingi tide?

    I under stand your pain, i switched from west servers to east because of all the BS going on in chat. This really sucks, it seems like PWI don't care about the east, even thou we spend money too.

    All the servers are available for me except Raging Tide. Anyone from Support Team or anyone on emergency duty please let us know what's going on?

    hmmmno, I'm still getting an "Unable to connect" message when I try to log into Ragin Tide, although I can log into any other server.

    I been trying to log into raging tide all day and it constantly tells me unable to login to server like 99% of the time. There are really short windows where I can log in. Seems totally random and clearly something is very wrong with the server.

    For me, RT is a bit 50/50 atm, sometimes i can log on, sometimes i cant

    ...yeah I just got booted again from Dreamweaver. It was working fine earlier, but now it's. Down again.

    Which isn't going to be fun, I might've been hovering over a level 70 boss. I am going to get my butt kicked later orz

    Why if servers are problem for this long is there not an announcement on the forum, and how are we supposed to complete the sign in quest each day if this sort of thing keeps happening.
    Am I being cynical is wondering if PWI is trying to make sure we all fail that quest.b:chuckle
