"could Not Retrieve Character List"

after maint (clock adjustment) i keep getting the message "could not retrieve character list" when i log in, no matter which acc i try
friends got this prob as well

what happened? + could we get a fix or something?

    I got that when i went to get Jones Blessing .. cant get on any of my accounts .. says disconnected from server ??

    So PWI not working for me since clock adjustment !!
