R9 ring recast glitch

hey guys. i rly need a help of an GM. i manufactured a r9 recast ring on monday and there happend a glitch. i manufactured a wizard ring instead of an BM ring. so ive written a ticket from another account cuz i cant write ticked by my own account. nothing happend yet. so maybe i get some attention in forums from a gm maybe. faithfull Kuejyin

    It's not exactly a glitch, unless there's some random bug that swaps your rings. You have to pick the right ring to manufacture and since the required materials are same for all (regular R9 ring and SoWs or whatever else) it's quite easy to accidentally manufacture the wrong ring.

    You won't get much help on the forums though. Your best bet is to send a ticket from your own account. What is the problem that prevents you from sending tickets from your main account?

    the problem when i click on support there is a message "there is and error requested" on my 2nd acc i can click on the button and i can write tickets....

    It's a lazy design flaw really. You see in PWCN the recast R9 ring is part of their recast R9 set bonus so it made sense there to have 10 different rings (one for each set).

    When they made our rings though we never got the ring as part of the set bonus but they still copy-pasted the 10 ring setup even though they all have identical stats.

    To simplify things they should have only had 1 recast R9 ring but without the class restriction, just like how there is only one R9 ring.

    I hope you can get a GM to swap it out for you, that's a very expensive ring b:shocked

    Yeah I remember that. I hope the GMs will help out though and don't dismiss it as "too bad your fault".
