Why have a ToS?

simple question....why have it when its rarely enforced when it come to big issues in game?

    The TOS is different for HL, you should know it you was in Crimson for a while. =)

    It's not a **** Riga, Psys can stun you in safezone.

    Submit a ticket though, I'm trying to get my own section in the FAQ for it.

    Only 2 things I can think of why it is there.

    The TOS is only there to test out the ticketing system function. They make you think there are rules so when someone breaks them, they submit tickets.

    PWI is the ultimate troll in making people think they actually care.

    Pretty sure I know who you are referring to as I have been threatened by someone to be banned by a specific GM. Never happened tho.
