What are some factions that are PVE that are active?

What are some PVE Faction that are active for a very casual player to join.Factions that except all lvls.

    Hmm I think DamphyrS accepts all levels but I'm not sure. It's a very casual faction.
    VENDETTA is a PvE faction too but I think they are a lvl50+ or lvl70+ requirement.

    I can't really think of more since I don't pay much attention to these.

    Wow really 1 land? Even though I've been outcast I actually feel bad, I still consider them my old crew. Oh well is what it is.

    The op has probably already found a fac by now but for anyone else reading this thread, looking for a PvE fac, I would like to "second" the choice of Helpfull. It was a good home, and hopefully still is, for people looking for friendly, drama-free people that care more about the quality of the person behind the computer than the quality of their character's gears. Miss you guys b:sad

    Always thought of shockwave as one of the coolest TW fac names on the server and Wiccanway as one of the creepiest.

    I actually wanted to join Wiccanway but I was a lvl 25 nub at the time and didn't want to get involved with factions.
    By the time I decided to join factions, Wiccanway didn't exist anymore. I was dragged to Emberlite instead.

    Holy ****! I was one of the original members in Emberlite unfortunatly it wont come back ever the leadership is on my account and I don't plan to return to the game unless pwi gets their **** together maint wise. Haven't talked to Jeff (forget his clerics name Amitha?) or Angie (Tre or Pandatoo) in a couple of years.
