I ran into a random quest just now after picking up my daily letter from this guy. Pretty damn neat if I may say o_o

    To be fair, I just got too many alts. lol And with BH being the same every day, I rarely feel the need to spam them. b:chuckle

    And interesting thread. This was the first time I've come across this quest and I picked like 50 letters by now o_o

    Hope someone will figure this out. Is it just very rare and random or is there something that needs to be done in order to get it.

    Can try many approaches, such as picking it up every day at exact same time or at exact same place as before, but probably it`s just randoms and rare.

    Since I got this quest when I got Emperor's Letter for 10th time on my main I suppose you get it every 10th time. But maybe it's just random. I'll see if this is true in four days.

    it's random, I've done Deity each day since patch, havent got it yet lol, but I dont need the exp anyway.

    Another interesting twist I ran into today: The deitys npc seems to have this quest only for one person. I was hunting him on 2 chars at once, and while both initially saw the icon for another quest, the second one couldn't pick it up after the first got it. Interesting o_o

    Getting the quest is completely random, I've only received it once so far on my archer in trying to reach 7k in Corona for Attack Charms, just got to 6k today. I have in game friends who've gotten it like 5 times on one toon so far.

    I got that quest the first time the expansion went live and my first time talking to the Deity. When I checked the database, it said it was repeatable, so I trashed it to make room in my quest log thinking I can get the quest again each day lol. Didn't know it was a very very rare chance to get.
