Unable to Move in Nation Wars

Issue:
As the title says, im unable to move in Nation Wars. Looks like im the only one with that problem. Whenever i want to move to a Territory in Nation Wars i dont get that pop up 'would you like to join A7 - yes/no'. (and yes, my mouse is working >_>)

Im getting tired of this. Others can farm their endgame gear and i need to stay on my gear lvl :/. It's already the 4th time in a row. It started 2 weeks ago (before Crimson Imperium Update).I wrote a ticket last week and got forwarded to this subforum.
Hope you can solve this issue.

i also verified the files and reinstalled the game, still can't move in NW

    lraz might not be my biggest friend ever, but this is a serious issue and could suddenly happen to all of us.

    not sure if im getting trolled or if your employees are just stupid o.o

    that's the answer i got on my 2nd ticket, requesting compensation for the NWs (6 so far) i missed because of the bug. (and not fixing my account)
    Unfortunately, customer service cannot offer any rewards for events that you did not participate in. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

    I wanted to participate but can't because I can't move in Nation wars. Is that really that hard to understand? b:beatup

    Can some mod/cm/gm or whatever pls reply.

    Unfortunately I don't think anyone on the forum will be able to help (but you can be sure that a mod will edit your post saying you must not copy something "ticket related" which is also pretty sad because it shows a lot of things regarding how PWE care about their clients...)

    I don't have any solution to propose but did you try to enter with another toon (on same computer) ? The best would be to use a toon that isn't on same account. At least you would know if the problem is really account related

    i got 3 accounts and none of them work. some friend told me that it might be a IP related issue, but doubt it. Another friend found out that there is a file that is automatically created when the game starts and stays there forever and this file could be bugged (he found it somewhere here on forums). i deleted it and the client created a new one, dont know if it works, we'll see in 2 days ^^

    Some more information would be useful. What happens when you attempt to move? Is there an error message? Is it possible to provide a screenshot or video of what's happening?

    when i try to move to a NW territory nothing happens. Usually you get a pop up when you click on a territory on this map.
    Are you sure ou want to move to attack A11. Yes/No.

    (my mouse is on G5, because i tried to click all lands. Even if your not in that nation you should get a pop up that you can't move there)
    I dont get this pop up and therefore i can't join a fight = no credits = no supply tokens.
    I've never gotten any error message.

    After spawning into your Nation HQ and trying and failing to be able to move, are you still able to use any of your chat channels? Both sending and receiving messages.

    And i still can't move between the territories in Nation Wars because of the bug.

    = 7 NWs, that i couldn't attend because of that bug.
    (i will keep counting) >_>

    Updating dyn_tasks.data doesn't work.

    Hello

    I am having the same issue LraZ has mentioned. Whenever I try to move to a battle, it doesn't react at all. Entering the NW, refresg button, map, walking in base and anything else - works, but when i click on the land, it seems like my mouse would be broken.

    It is not a lagg issue as I had 144 (smooth) ping and 42 FPS.

    I sent several tickects about this problem but the answer was dissapointing:

    I tried verifying and reinstalling the game because I though it could have been some bug after the updates, but unfortunatelly it haven't helped.

    It is several weeks with no changes. I'd be really glad to be able to farm NW again for the gears and equipment development I need.

    This is really sad. LraZ is usually in my NW squad and this happens to him week after week after week. Its really frustrating for him and entire squad. And after he explained all to GMs in details they answer him he cant get reward if he didnt join NW.... Seriously? If you dont know how to solve a problem just admit it and find someone who can!

    I hope this gets solved fast coz I want my R9 nab archer back guarding my squishy butt in NW b:surrender

    Happened to me a few times too.

    You can move within the camp or main base, but when you try to click an NPC or a territory on the NW map nothing happens, so you are trapped wherever you are with no chance to move around or leave NW.

    It seems the bug is triggered when you enter the NW while flying or meditating, because the first time it happened to me I was meditating after I buffed the squad I was in and the squad leader entered NW; and the second time I was unsquaded but I entered NW while I was flying. So always make sure you are standing still doing nothing when talking to the NW overseer.

    Next time it happens to you, close the game and reboot your computer. I have no idea why you need to reboot, but every time I tried to relog the bug was still there till I rebooted. You will still be inside NW and should be able to move freely.

    The first time it happened to me i was the Squad Leader and i wasn't flying for sure. rebooting doesn't help in my case either (tried it). i think we got 2 different bugs. My bug just started randomly without any error message.

    Im wondering if this will ever get solved.

    It's a different bug for sure. Because it doesn't matter how I enter (with squad, alone or anyhow else) I cannot move even from base, clicking on the battles has no effect.

    There are no error messages, no reaction.

    But i can walk around in base freely, and leave the Nation Wars if I want to.

    Really hope it get's fixed soon :)

    I haven't been able to participate in Nation Wars for several weeks now and i would like to ask for compensation. Since it's not a glitch or problem from my side and PWI hasn't fixed it yet, i would like to got something for the missed money/rewards and possible farmed Supply Tokens.
    Usually i get around 200 Tokens per NW, and i coudn't participate in 8 NWs so far because of the problem. So i lost about 1.600 Supply Tokens.

    I also made a thread in your quality corner, but no useful help from any perfect world eployee yet after 2 weeks.

    You answering my ticket:
    Unfortunately, customer service cannot provide any compensation for events that did not complete correctly or were not participated in. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

    Get new employees who know a bit of the game pls b:shutup

    Im getting tired of your inability to solve 1 problem. it's a month so far and all i got is a confused GM who has no clue and a bunch of trolls. Ty for not caring.

    So I found a solution for this problem! (yay)

    The only thing you need to do is change one file.

    So go to Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\data and replace the domain2.data file. Just ask someone to send you (hopefully one who doesn't have this bug). And then it works perfectly.

    QQ....more QQ about how you can't farm gear QQ you can get cannies and raps by doing nirvi runs, or try merching to buy the rap and cannies...QQ nab OP

    I assume they're going to tell you to create a ticket and therefore you might receive the same reply again and again.

    i'm afraid you're right :/

    that means i'll spam tickets till i get some tokens, since it depends on who gets the ticket. Ellayth wrote almost the same ticket and got her compensation. And you can see what they replied on my tickets. >_>

    If he can prove he was there, and online the whole time, I see no reason not to look at his previous NW rewards and mail him his average rewards according to the nation he was teleported to when he couldn't move (but I assume they - pwi - have the data, or should have, so there's not even the need to prove anything).

    Not his fault the game was bugged, it'd be simply a decent way of treating one's customer.
