Double Quests from same NPC

This NPC offers 2 of the same quests, is it supposed to be like this?

Okay..i was doing another quest, and it's repeated again.

    Nah it's probably something that got messed up along the way of some patch, probably only 1 of the 2 can be properly completed is my guess.

    Atleast I'm still able to turn them in and get rewards. Confused me though, seems to just be etherblade that's repeating them

    It's like that with a lot of npc's all over the map.

    That's weird...at least the quests themselves aren't broken, and both of the quests given actually work.

    If that's so then they messed up a lot...

    Go go double morai weapon quest for 2 x 5m xp? but with the player luck lately that quest isn't there double b:shutup

    Yep I've had this happen on several quests with my new character. I SSed them to post here but you beat me. xD

    feel free to post them if it's from a different NPC, might help them fix it.
