Auction House problems

Why cant i access the auction house, It keeps saying closed everytime i try to put something in Auction house

    I to am having the same problem when trying to place something in the AH to sell. I am able to place the item and put in a price and such however when I click to ok it I am told the AH is closed =/

    There is a known issue with some items not working. I believe it's mostly fashion.
    It has been this way since a patch several weeks ago and they say they're working to resolve it. I never hold my breath though.
