Having trouble finding Jintao? Bout ready to call him a useless pile of ****? Follow the road shown below to help you find him.


Listed below is a map guide I followed from Corona Sanc all the way back near Celestial Lake. I cannot promise this is 100% correct seeing as I only followed him 1 way.

Late update (Yes I know): Deity Messenger has been renamed to "Jintao". PwDatabase still lists Jintao under his old name "Deity's Messenger"

    mmm a question just I got my Emperor's Letter

    but seems it's only to make only to Wizard and BM books skill 79 and 100 + Pure Book: Wavering Lights (3 & 50) those uwhich you usually make them with apo and Chrono Page + Medium Ink

    2nd Anyone know how to get the other item? The pure book or w/e? I haven't seen any info on it yet...

    Guess I should mention this before people start asking. I believe (not 100% sure on this) that with every turn in of the daily quest "Venus" that person has a chance to gain this quest:

    I got it today and personally I feel pw should have more of these quests for 101+ users. Specially if u don't wanna waste your life in PV lvling or w/e new tricks there be.

    I found them randomly by unseen gate. I like their ride very much b:dirty

    But, I have ZERO clue as to why I should be happy to have found them. I talked to them and nothing came of it.

    They said something about having a chance to get a quest from them, but to come again tomorrow.

    So...why does it seem like everyone else on the forum and on the server are desperately searching for it?

    No npc at Shroud talks about it, as far as I can tell, and its not mentioned in patch notes.

    What secrets does it hide ?_?

    If you referring to picking UP the "Venus" quest in the first place it says u require 5000 prestige first.

    Ah. I had just switched back to shroud to farm some garnets for my boots, having ditched them for corona due to being SICK of having to kill the running scorpion mob about everyday.

    so how do I exchange the letter ? after finally catching him got the emperor's letter just don't know whet to do with it.

    to get the second item to make the skill books you need 7k Prestige. Once you hit 6k Prestige you can exchange the Emperor's Letter into 2 Holy Pills. At 6k prestige you can also get the att/def lvl blessings which are b:dirty, each order has blessings for different instances. Hope that helps b:pleased

    ok, thanks guys it's not for me its for my 101 seeker, I wish more ppl were helpful,on the lost city server the ppl are pretty rude and sarcastic if you ask questions, so thanks again.

    It was not good idea take rights for all users =( my fault. Somebody come to site and placed deity in random place. It's not work because not much people used it. And I aback which locations are correct. I hope registrations and future "trust" points will decide this problem.

    No sadly... Maybe if we knew all the respawn times, and people actually reported ToD to your site it could happen...

    Im never on right after maintenance, so it's just wishful thinking!

    I think these days world bosses have a random element in their respawn times though that could be wrong.

    It's likely that they do have random times...

    I'd just like to see a counter or something, since titles now require some of them.

    It's pieces from Gothic (3), probably the best German RPG series developed.

    great site and idea but im a bit concerned about unaware and unexperienced users putting their PWI data into the login field. would not be the first time.

    yes, you are right. I thought about this. When new user want to sign up in login field he will see "NOT game login". I hope this will be helped for some people. And if someone want change login I make this possibility right now on "logged page". b:surrender
