Last week, I bought an Augment Device from a player, then I sent a ticket to PWI to exchange the flyer. PWI told me that it would take a few days after server maintenance. But, when I login today (After server maintenance), my Augment Device disappeared just like that. I dont what happened to my Augment Device, PWI didnt reply my question about this. Can a GM help me to solve this problem? Without Augment Device in my inventory ( I dont have a SS on it too :( ), how can I exchange the flyer? How can I proof it to GM that I really had it? PLEASE GM, help me!

    Why did you sent a ticket for exchanging the flyer in first place? o.O you need the Flyer drop from the Hidden Dragon Den to actually get a 3.0 Flyer with this Augment Device.

    The database http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/39871 and the news post for the new pack states that you submit a ticket to get the flier.

    I was thinking this would be an issue when I saw you had to send in a ticket to get the flyer. Not sure why they are using that method instead of just letting you trade it at the boutique lady like the normal ones.

    On a side note does anyone know what the new flyers look like. Ecatomb does not have pictures of them up yet, and even google images isn't giving me anything.

    And yeah the news post said to submit a ticket, but when you go to the aero forge shows that you need 2 items. Also the flyer drop in the new instance says on it that it needs to be combined with augment device to upgrade it. So basically w/o augment device you have 1.0 flyer then with the device it makes it 3.3.

    Let us know if you are able to get a flyer with just the augment device alone. Also if that's the case whats the point of the flyer drop in the new instance?
