Tame Beast level stuck at 1

My level 64 venomancer has tame beats skill stuck at 1 and skill does not show in the list when I try to learn new skills.
In fact none of the 3 pet skills appear.
Anyone know why?

  Are you at the Venomancer skill trainer or the Venomancer pet skill trainer? Pet related skills are only learn-able through the second NPC.
