Hello, im srry if i made this thread but i need help with my account, i forgot my bank safe code, i have sent 2 tickets 4 days wating for reply and I had no answers, i read some thread and info about people with the same problem but there is not much, only support Tickets but this is taking so long,

im trying to contact any GM for help to give my personal info to show im the owner so i can get my pin reset.

    Average response time is 3-5 business days. Saturday and Sunday don't count.

    If you send in a new ticket, it bumps all of your stuff to the bottom of the stack.

    Have patience. The only way you will get it resolved is through the ticketing system. You're still well within the normal guidelines.
