I thought when things are marked "Unable to be Traded" those items cant be put in catshop. Or must they have "unable to be sold" for that. I tried with my G15 ws belt which has the same text and I could not put it in a catshop

    It might be a bug in the way the catshop displays the tooltip since there is a tradeable version of that belt with the same item ID. There are also some third party catshop clients that allow that but I don't think you'd be able to actually buy it due to server side checks.
