since the last "content update" we cant pick the daily quest anymore to complete meridian. (quest is "The Essence" from NPC "Yee Yoon" at 551 374)

the quest is still in game, but level requirement was changed to 150.

    That's not a mistake that's how they intentionally remove quests. You can still get 14 pills a week from the Morai daily at 6k prestige. You can get an added 10 a week from COA. I prefer the new ways compare to dreaming cloud.
