Can't get my DragonQuest as tideborn

hey, i need some help.My lvl 20 psychic can't get his dq from the quest director and its starting to **** me off.Anyone know whats wrong?



SORRY never mind this, turns out a winged elf in archosaur gives it to the tideborn
