Burlesque fash flapping

So the new Burlesque fash when equipped.. The skirt part keeps flapping around in the rear end .. It's like something is trying to come thru the skirt.. It doesnt move around in prewiev wiev at all so i suppose it is a bug.
How to recreate scenario: wear female burlesque fash.

    I don't think that's a bug. The lovebird dress has always looked like some creature was trapped under the hem trying to get out. Sapphire dress looks moronic too the way it flaps about. I think they were going for a look of wind fluttering the dress and it utterly failed.

    It's a wind simulation... attempt.

    Notice how the female characters who stand with their legs "together" (in a lady like way) have no flapping or movement... (Such as a cleric or psychic) Yet the ones who stand with their legs spread, you see flapping. (such as an archer or veno)

    Clerics stand with their upper body turned slightly away from their legs, and this makes all skirts slightly "off" as well.

    These types of things are intended design, and I suspect unlikely to be changed.

    I've seen it do the same on archer , veno , bm , psy , mystic , seeker so far it only doesn't do it in prewiew.
