Server Up, but Tien Peng and Lady in the Moon NPC Down

'Tien Peng' and 'Lady in the Moon', the Mid-Autumn Event NPCs did vanish after the Server Connection Issues.

    Yes gone for me too and Id not finished it either:/

    Also Ive got quests called 'With difficulty' in my qst list - do these relate to Lady in the Moon/ Tien Peng?
    Theres no info at all given so idk what they are....

    I think Duke Blacke killed her....He was the last one to see her they say.

    That is a festive quest which happened on "Mooncake festival" or "Mid Autumn Festival". So the quest will not come back since the festival is over. You can probably trash it or wait for next year.

    Too bad PWI didn't even bother to explain.

    That was an event, which is over now AFAIK.
