Title Problem

So my problem is that when I click the Dagger and its completely empty, haven't gotten any answers for that. Or is there a specific way to get those title quests to my list?

    I wasn't asking how to get title. Just, how to get the quest. I can't get titles if I can't accept the quest first :o

    You need to either be in a certain location or meet a certain condition for the dagger quest to activate. Here is a nice easy one for a title, fly to max height.

    Ohhh so its like that. Thought that there are list of title quests already and I was having a bug for not having anything there. Thank you for clearing that up b:thanks
