I don't believe its a non-trade item. Make sure you are trying to send the perfect stones and not the hypers (I'm assuming this is in reference to your Dreamchaser pack items?)

When mailing items, type in the character name, a mail header, drag the item to the item box in the mail to be sent and in the body of the mail, you have to type something in there, even a letter, number, symbol, something before you send. Make sure the item doesn't say cannot be account stashable, or cannot be traded
