Can't log in

My question is this is due the new updates? Something is wrong with my computer? I've been trying since 3 days ago but I can't enter to perfect world because just appears the black screen with the text "entering to perfect world" with the music in the background but seconds later it disconect me from the server and this over and over again. Is this normal?

    You could try to add PWI to your anti-virus. My sister had the same problem and that fixed it for her.
    Try to verify the files sometimes there can be a little muck up.
    Also there is Mait tonight for the patch we're getting

    Something in the game is not letting me sign-in. The game launches but when i try to log-in, it says my information is incorrect. The notice keeps coming up every time i try to log-in. Any suggestions?

    PWI peeps have noticed this issue already, you can see that by following them on facebook or how you would call it, "liking" them on fb. They said they'll try to fix it, but its not even first time this has happened.
