Hi I accidentally used dreamchaser pack on the wrong character. is there a way I can move the dream chaser pack to the character on my account.

    If you were going to use it on a new character, you are better off leveling the character without the DC pack instead of waiting for it. You will more than likely reach the level when the DC gear/weap are no longer needed anyway, before a new code is released.
