Cant get into support tab on browser

Ive been trying to put in a ticket for the anniversary items but whenever I try and enter support area to do a ticket I get a redirect loop that refuses to let me load the page. How do i put in a ticket for a problem when the problem is I cant put in a ticket?

    Having the same issue with both Firefox and Internet explorer. I cannot get to the support page while logged into this account. I get a loop error report in IE and

    The page isn't redirecting properly

    Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

    when i try in Firefox



    This account is the only one effected, my alt account logs into the support page properly.

    I have deleted history and cookies. already.

    seriously? ten days later no reply to this issue? Still can't get to the support tab

    This has been discussed previously in this forum. Clear your cache or use a different browser. Firefox and Opera are both known to have issues with the way the site is coded.

    If you can't manage the issue that's on your end, then you can submit a ticket via e-mail at customerservice@perfectworld.com.

    A short search of the forum would have given you guys all of this information, which is why I choose to ignore threads like this at times.

    Used the following browsers,
    Opera, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Palemoon and Comodo Dragon

    Cleared the,
    history, cache, cookies and many other things on all of them

    yet there is still a problem when you click the 'Support' button on the site.

    Can get to the 'http://support.perfectworld.com/' site, but get the same error when I attempt to log in.

    This is definitely a PWE issue.
