OHT Crashed?

Hello few minutes ago I was doing my dailies at OHT. It disconnected me and ever since when I try to log back it say : Could not log in to the severer.
My attempts to enter OHT with different char is useless as well - the chrono key just disappear and appear immediately at my inventory without even ports me in.
Any suggestions of whats going on.
I have seen many ppl complain in WC as well.
Ty in advance for your answer.

    Unfortunately, it is a weekend, and I don't think they really have anyone working on the weekends. Most other issues go unattended until Monday. Being as this is a pretty big deal, maybe the mods can get someone's attention...

    I was in OHT too when map crashed, but somehow i got teleported back to arch when i logged again...

    Sure would be nice if they could fix OHT this weekend.
    Scissors cuts paper, paper covers rock, rock crushes lizard, lizard poisons Spock, Spock smashes scissors, scissors decapitates lizard, lizard eats paper, paper disproves Spock, Spock vaporizes rock, and as it always has, rock crushes scissors.

    As for a crash, it.meant affect me as I'm not currently playing, but I doubt anyone will come to the rescue. This is actuly the first MMO company I've seen that doesn't normally have a small support staff on weekend duty.

    Well, this is deeply upsetting, but why am I even surprised pw has no emergency staff...
    My archer is stuck in oht along with my hubby's wizard, cause we were doing dailies. So this means we can't play our other chars on those accounts either, since we share gear. This also means no nw for us, since we can not even log onto those chars.
    Like when would this be fixed? Monday...? b:cry

    I'm stuck with my main as well and I only have time in the weekend to really farm and make some coins. Guess compensation for the time we couldn't log in is out of question?!

    Also, I suspect OHT is related somehow to our new content update.
    I imagine you'll all be released from your extra-dimensional time imprisonment around Wednesday morning after patch.

    While it sucks that some people are stuck and can't play for a weekend, and sucks PWE has no weekend staff to fix issues that arise on the weekend, why do people always ask for compensation, compensation, compensation?

    S**t happens, and its already 2x. That's compensation enough, regardless of what you are "missing out on."

    Its 2 x, we are stuck = can't farm at that time during you can, means no equality since by default we all have same rights in game.

    Idgaf about any "compensation" from pw, I just want my char back... And yeah, while you, random person, are saying 2x is a compensation itself, you are just being ridiculous. 2x means nothing to me atm, when I can not use sin with gear stuck on archer ._.
    Random people that aren't stuck in oht might find this situation hilarious, but I guess I must have missed the funny part c.c

    Funny. It's just a game. And to let you know, I work 12+ hour days, including every Saturday and Sunday, and in the past six weeks I've had a total of four days off, of which all have fallen in the middle of the week. NW nope. TW nope. Events nope. 2x nope. On days off, playing PWI definitely nope.

    Have I been stuck in the game before where I couldn't get back in? Yes I have. Have I been unable to play due to some factor that game related, yes to that too. Oddly enough, I remember its just a game. That's all. Just a game. Nothing more, nothing less. Is the world going to end because I can't play it? No. Am I going to have a fit if some aspect of the game breaks and coincidentally on the rare occasion I get to play? No. As for the money put into the game, I don't know about you but I could buy a small car, or many large televisions for what I've put into it. So what.

    So in essence, what I'm trying to say, is its a game run on electrical computer equipment. Things go boom. While I agree it sucks when it happens on weekends for those that were wanting to play, there really are many more things to do other than fretting over a game. When they rarely make people adhere to the ToS, do you really think they will come rushing into work on a "weekend" when more than likely they are doing something other than work? Like spending time with family...friends...doing things they enjoy, all because a few people are stuck in an instance and can't play?

    maybe you want to think about this statement a minute. i have found this to be very helpful to keep from looking like a complete idiot.

    if someone is unable to log in due to a problem on PWI's part, how does it being 2x "compensate" them? trying to figure out where you were going with your statement but i can't seem to find anything that works. ty in advance for clearing it up!

    Some ppl got unstuck, and some tickets got answeared for others that are stuck. But for those that are still stuck, have you done anything bad? Cuz karma is in disfavour

    I stand by what I said. Normal compensation in the past has been 2x. Its currently 2x. What more do you want? 3x? 4x? 10x? Free R9? Free +10 orbs? +12 orbs? JoSD? A $25 gift card to the local candy store?

    Online MMO games have issues on occasion that cause some or all to be unable to play. In the 15 years I have been playing them there has not been one that hasn't had issues at times. Sometimes for an hour or two. Sometimes a day or two. I even played a popular one that was down for a couple of weeks. It happens.

    It seems more and more people want or demand some form of compensation, reminding me of a bunch of whining spoiled brats. Let me reiterate...its...just...a...game.

    And let's remind the user agreement. At gms agrresion, gm can alter, modify, and ban with or without notice. Do due to this being a problem, it can be said those that cant log in are banned untill issues resloved. Any 1 try going outside? Winter not to far

    Still stuck in crashed oht map on Lost City server for more than 2 days and to the few i know who it happened also its the same.
    Heard from now one till now that their ticket was already resolved or they got manual unstuck.
    But it happened at weekend and now only early monday morning for the staff, so i hope they will resolve the problems today.

    It's Tuesday... OHT on Lost City server crashed on Saturday...
    I still can not log my archer and my ticket is unresolved ._______.
    Anyone competent enough to at least provide some information?

    I feel your frustration guys. This is unacceptable, even for a game that is understaffed by the company running it. When a piece of the game breaks, and the staff don't fix it in a timely manner, this creates immense issues.

    Even if it gets fixed today, or in the near future - the damage has been done. I'm sure the players locked out of the game on their main characters will always remember how PWE didn't fix the issue quickly, and instead ignored them.

    Wish I could help you few out that are stuck. Good luck in getting any assistance. It will probably get fixed after the patch tonight anyways, is what one could hope.

    Well, I will say this that during the weekend, when there is no staff, no sense in crying about being unable to get in the game due to a crash, however if you or anyone is still unable to get in, being that its Tuesday, then I agree it would be unacceptable, with two days of PWE being open for business.

    Sooo, have our chars been released from OHT yet? Anyone can confirm? Can't check myself yet.
    Oh also, dear PW, let me go fill out your questionnaire about ticket system in a very unflattering way >_> Seriously, I reported crashed OHT (error on your part, obviously) and you guys send me a reply saying the problem might be in my PC's configuration? How "helpful" and unrelated is that? b:cry
