Lotus Paste Mooncake quest line not working?

So I'm doing the new daily that popped up this week for the level 20-79 range. I'm up to the "Mysterious Note" part in the quest where you have to dig Flower Basket for Lady in the Moon's Incense and Carrot for...Carrot. I did those fine and dandy.

The next part requires me to talk to Lady in the Moon with these two said items, however when I did dig these they sort of disappeared and never came back, and therefore I cannot talk to Lady in the Moon. I went back to try and dig them again but no success. I don't see any sort of hints in my quest log that indicate how to get these items again, either.

I'd like to know if other people had this issue, or if I'm just a complete noob. b:chuckle b:surrender

    Alright, so it's not just me; that's good to know. Hopefully this event is patched soon, I'm curious as to what the rewards could be. f:confused

    I can confirm as well. Along with many other reports on the server.


    And the reward is an mp/hp pot + 2 holy pills. Not worth it.

    Mine stopped on this step also (Incense 0/1, Carrot 0/1) on both of my alts. Logging out/back in didn't fix it. f:shame

    What a useless quest..do the tasks and try to harvest items the second time bcuz the first attempt didn't credit b:angry

    Wow, glad I aint alone on. It would be nice if PWI gave us hints in quest log, auto-path or even coordinations to the next part.....all it says is to talk to her (did that), see was just singing moon hare fly away never stray.......plus to have those 2 items. b:beg

    Ijs, pots are always useful, as are holy pills.

    had the same problem as OP yesterday and today while doing the recipe part flour went fine, but then only one item registered for each of the others, been trying for 15min now to get the last 3 items v.v

    I couldn't get past getting the suger,and lard. Good to know I wasn't the anyone getting these problems. b:surprised

    Its a smart way to implement new quests.

    They could make em so that you are done in 20 minutes and move on with your life, but that be little fun. Now you have so much time to be excited about it b:pleased
    Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.

    I had the same exact problems on 3 characters. I really wanted some extra Holy pills for them too. Well they should have it fixed soon, its an event after all.b:sad

    I am on the quest for the lotus mooncake but i am having problems with collecting the fresh water. when i fly there i drop into the river but there is nothing there. can anyone tell me how i am suppose to get the water? please help. i have all the other ingredients except that one and i only need 2. if i could buy them it would be great. but would rather collect them.
