Most likely your client files are corrupt because your security software ate it. Going to need details on your system to tell you more. Specifically, a link to a published Speccy report.

I take it the updater launches and goes through the motions? If so you could try the verify option if you havn't already

It could also come from the use of another software.

I can't explain why because I never tried to go further but I have this same error message in some situations. Actually, if teamspeak3 is running on my computer, i can't launch elementclient.exe anymore. However, if I launch PWI first, then I can run TS without any problem.

okay, Speccy analysis... (in the future, please paste the link to a published report, it is much less stressful on the eyes.)

    1. You have both Windows Defender and Avast installed and running AND Avast is disabled, but Defender is not. Big mistake. Disable Windows Defender, turn on Avast, and Exclude your client directory and .exe files properly.

    2. Kill PunkBuster. It just eats resources and causes random problems with other software.

    3. Rainmeter eats resources as well. I quit using it because of issues it created when running some games. You merely need to shut it off when playing though.

    4. TuneUp Utilities, while it worked great for Windows XP, I have repeatedly seen it cause more problems than it's fixed in Vista and Win7, to the point of bringing an entire system to a crashing halt because of the corrupted it created in the registry. I recommend against using this software.

    5. You are way behind on Updates. There have been several performance improvement updates and loads more security and stability updates since July.

    6. Your video display drivers are a few years out of date. Go to the Intel website and get current drivers.

After you have fixed all of that, ensure that you are running the Patcher or elementclient as administrator. (Change it in the shortcut properties, do not set any other compatibility settings.) Then you will need to verify the files three times back-to-back and reboot the computer afterwards.

I've already tried it, but it still doesn't work.

I've tried it too. I killed all processes in task manager(except the windows'), but I still can't open the game.

In which case I suspect that there is some corrupted data does the view problem details or debug options provide any output?

sorry for that, I thought you need the text file.
I've followed your advice (except the punkbuster one, I can't find it) but it still doesn't work.
