Support History / Answering Tickets

Hi. I've recently sent a ticket about a problem i had. They sent me an answer saying what i should give information about. The answer came via mail. If i answer the mail through my mail does it gets answered?
And if i need to answer through Ticket History when i try to open that page i get a message saying "There has been an error with your request."
Since it's an important ticket i need to get an answer. Please help. Thank you

    Clear your cache or try a different browser. You should reply on the ticketing page. If it's not loading then there's something in your browser preventing it. It's most likely cached data.

    Did both... None worked. I replied through e-mail tho i dont think they'll respond and i still cant reach the support page

    the site haveing some problems but gms are fixing it if you did send a ticket they will respond to you as fast as they can
