    How many friends :) This game changed my life, here i meet my wife, now we have a great 7 months son. And yes i made few friends also :)

    cuz if ur not thats just the worst pr staff ever
    by my count 3 if not more ( i didnt check first 5-6 pages) marriages started on PWI
    all three with kids
    another 2 relationships(not engaged/married as of this post)
    I MEAN CMON!!!!
    PWI meet ur soulmate?
    gaming brings ppl closer together?
    do i see a marketing strategy by any chance?

    I have made a few, some of which have quit (some before changes were made) but some of those changes have likely hurt their willingness to come back and enjoy the game like we all used too together. (That or they have quit and lost touch on a new character.)

    Still I have indeed made a few friends.

    The reason they say 3 hours for maintenance is so when it comes up in 2 hours the GMs look good.b:chuckleb:chuckle

    People come and when the challenge is not there any more people go. So friends in game come and go just a pity PWI don't take 5% of the revenue and put it in to advertising our game so we get more people to make friends with.

    The game I have acquaintances, friends would not call them. Friends in real life, and here ... here are just acquaintance. Moreover, it is and do not try to get involved in the contacts.

    Quite a bunch.
    Some of them left and disappeared, some of them quit the game but we still keep contact with each other and some of them are still around we and have fun together and talk outside the game too.

    I have to say, I did meet a few really nice and great people in the game. Those gems totally make up for all the idiots I've ever come across around here and it made this game worthwhile.

    What a wonderful topic. I shall jump in.

    I've made quite a lot of friends on PWI. I think it began with joining Dominus on Heavens Tear, then we started talking about the silliest and probably most gross topics.

    Then I met friends who were so wonderful in helping me learn German, even asking me to send my work over so they could help me correct and show me how to improve.

    Friends who I just talk to, for fun. It makes the game kinda like a more interactive social platform, and I'm glad.

    I've made a ton of casual friends in-game and a few close ones. I've been in the same guild for a couple of years. I typically greet them with, "Evenin' family!"

    I work a lot of hours thus don't get out to do a lot of meet-and-greet in the real world. The game, or more correctly my in-game friends, are the bulk of my socialization. Sad isn't it? b:chuckle
