i didn't received any email regarding the aniv gift code so can it pls be redressed?

    i recently changed my email with pwi and although it shows on my account that im checking the right email i dont have the code in my email for the anniversary gift either.

    I got my code and received it in the mail but its stuck as a Ticket. I relogged and still no luck.

    make sure your quest list isnt full :) i got my 5 year, 4 year, 3 and 1 on my same toon and they worked! Quest list is probably it.

    I only got s 1 year gift i played the game for 3 yuears why didnt i get all of the items?

    I had same problem in my emails i managed to find an old email for the 3yr anniversary so im checking the right email address..... after checking pwi i have a different email address on here so i will be stuck now with a mount on an account which i only use now for the Jolly quests.... ok i understand that the mounts have to be on email addresses as its dependent on how many years you have played but it couldnt have been that much harder to make them transferable to any toon on any account b:surrender

    Common people, they posted a code that gives you everything regardless how long you've played. No Email needed.
