A maybe solution to why you didn't get you're anni gift or ticket emails.

I know this may not apply to everyone, so don't think i'm saying this solution is for everyone. someone in another thread regarding Anniv gift and email connections told us to make sure our settings are correct in receiving emails from PWI. However i never changed any of my settings nor did i know where the setting options were in my email b:chuckle i thought everything was good there but i double checked just in case and sure enough PWI email and PWI CS was blocked in my setting. so that explain why I personally never got a email and prob wouldnt have gotten one from C.S either for my ticket.

Just make sure you guys double check that, because i know i never blocked PWI myself. b:victory

    Emails from PWI are not blocked, i still haven't received my gift.

    I'm on yahoo and just checked, nothing is being blocked but now that I think about it, I never get pwi newsletters either. I'm going to wait till Monday then send a ticket. b:cry

    Click on "My Account" and scroll down.
    At bottom there is "allow PWE to use this address to send newsletters" or something along the lines.

    Mine was unchecked on one of my accounts so that account never received the Anniversary e-mail.

    Might not apply to everyone though.

    My box was checked on pwi but for some unknown reason my email blocked pwi when i never did. so it might only apply to some people but not all.

    I too used a yahoo email to create my account. I get regular emails from PWI but when I looked the other day, the anni email from them went to my SPAM folder.

    Does this mean that if this wasn't ticked to allow emails, that we'll never get the email code?? b:sad

    No it means that you'll have to jump through more hoops to get the code.

    I'm the only one in my family who got the email and the rest are apoplectic about having to submit yet another ticket to get what was supposed to be automatic and easy. <sigh> I'll end up doing it for my little band of technophobes.

    My account that didn't get the code always gets emails for bonus zen, upcoming expansions, **** about their other games, and ticket replies... so I know this isn't the issue. Seems like for some accounts there just is no reason.

    Luckily most of my accounts got their rewards including my main one, so I'm okay with seeing through the probably lengthy ticket process.
