Banned and "This account has been closed"

So...seen a few bans...but this one is new...and I am not trying to DISCUSS the ban...just the second message that is popping up, which says...

"Log in failed. This account has been closed."


Has anyone ever seen this?

Been 5 days, submitted a ticket on day one, no response other than the automated "oh we will get back to you" mail, and no email ever came with a ban reason.

    Possible reasons:
    1. FC boss bug. I know all player do it, it's not legal. Ban for some days.
    2. Bot user, someone send ticked on you, when your boting. Perm. ban I think
    3. Selling account, it's a perm. ban.
    4. Telling bad word to someone, this person send a ticked on you. Ban for some days.
    5. Wrong Nick Name or vulgar. Ban for some days and re-nick name?
    6. Bad game behavior. Vulgar, racist, sexual behavior or like so. Ban for some days.
    7. GM mistake, GM are humans like we all, it can be mistake.

    Well one of them or can be something else ;)

    The account has never been involved in the goon glitch...in fact, it hasn't done anything in quite some time to get banned over.

    This is a good point, witch show you to do not spend real money in the game. Later you can only cry b:shutup Remember it's just a game and nothing more, it should be fun...

    He's not talking about goon glitching (I hope) but about pulling 2nd boss to make it not bubble/sleep.

    Anyway, nope never seen it. Have never been banned tho xD

    Be banned is always a bad filling. Before you enter any dungeon, read game rules and "no boss glitching", who do it, can be baned. I remember on mine old PW, where GM was almost everywhere even in BH39 and ban players witch using "invisible" wall. There in this version, all is others, and GMs working others here. Could be, you was reported, GM add you to ban list and after some time, you get it. I'm not sure it's just mine imagination :D
    Anyway, don't warry, stop glich bosses, do right and on long way any FC/BH/FB and remembers to do not a bad language on World Chat + no bot. Then no more ban problems.. i hope so :). Stay positive.b:cute

    How funny. Wasn't it originally you posted that it was a friend you were trying to help with a ban. Guess the truth comes out.

    You can discuss any disciplinary action administered to you here. Including bans/account closures, or what have you. You'll have to just wait for a reply on the ticket. If you send multiple tickets you will be bumped to the back of the line. 3-5 business days means M-F, Sat and Sunday don't count toward that. In addition during high volume times tickets might be a bit slower, and this a high volume ticket time. Sorry but as this can't be discussed on the forums, going to have to close this.
