Annivisory gift e-mail never received

I had check the PWI promotions, as I been part of Archosaur server since last year. I been waiting all day, I yet to receive anything for 1 year free gift mount. Can someone please fix this, my e-mail has never changed, and I been part PWI in general for at least 3 or 4 years. I don't like to complain about these things, but I do feel I should deserve a free gift as part of the Annivisory event going on please.

    I also haven't received my anniversary gift email and I have played for 4 years
    .. was or is there some kind of block from aol?

    i haven't received mine either and i am registered with same email through Hotmail for the past 4 years. Many received there's through yahoo etc earlier today approx 10-12 hours ago. any news for this situation at this point?

    I entered the code for my 4 year anni gifts and only received the 1 year mount and nothing else. Hopefully this will all be fixed up :/

    yea same here i havent gotten one either and ive had this since last year myself. maybe they just havent gotten to everyone yet? idk.. but hope they read these and get em out.. im eager myself :)

    If you do not send a ticket in telling them you got the wrong mount then you will prob never get it.

    According to the CM they have already sent out emails. the people who didnt get them can wait because emails sometimes take time or send in a ticket.

    I'm still waith'ing for my email too, most ppl i know got it hours ago but not me >.< And sad thing is i've been waith'ing for the Sovereign shirt for few mounths to get it again becouse i npc'ed the previous one's but now i like the shirt and we dont get it anymore...only 1 gift... b:cryb :surrenderb :angry

    no anni pack, prize, gift, but use a game card I get instant confirmation hmmm now to get email I have to submit ticket? **** game management in my opinion excuses are like noses we all have them please just send out the stuff or come out and say you have no clue what your doing

    Check if your Account and see if the box "send newsletters" is checked. It looks like mine wasn't which may explain why I didn't receive the mail for one of my accounts.

    I know a number of people who have received their email and getting their rewards. I have been checking since yesterday and still haven't seen anything in my email. I am positive that I should be getting the 5 year reward too. I even checked to make sure the account was attached to the correct email account and it is. Hope this gets solved soon.     As others in the forum checked I do have the option to receive newsletter checked, but still nothing.

    Also haven't received any email yet for anniversary code, but I recently checked back on the newsletters option under account. That said, please send me my Anniversary gift now b:laugh
