Hello,

I wanted to log in on site on my other account today and I entered my login information and it said the password is incorrect. I cant even login in game with that username anymore.

Did my account get deleted? Or did my account get ****?

I havent told my password to anyone nor have I done something wrong.
I was getting my email changed to my current one.

Anyone knows what might have happened?

    Or maybe you changed your password in the past, and forgot about it.

    Try resetting your password.

    If you had your email changed, they also reset your password. Check your email or the ticket and change your password. =]

    i am having the same issue. i tried to change my email address because i no longer have access to the registered one and cant receive my anniversary gifts. i haven't gotten an email with my new password and i have sent 3 emails. i understand the support is not available on weekends so i will wait a bit longer.

    If you can't manage to try resetting your password, I think your best bet would be to contact them for help :c Good luck!

    Try logging in using your email address. Example

    If your email is violet@soandsoemail,com (whatever email addy you used)
    password is password
    Account id is violet

    Instead of violet then password

    Do your log in as

    violet@soandsoemail,com

    Then enter your password in the password field.

    They change the password automatically when they change the email associated with the account. When you open the login page, click on the forgot/recover password link and they should send you an email to your new email account that will allow you to reset your password
