Ok first off i have lvl 100 barb on lost city (been awhile since i played that toon) but i rerolled barb on harshlands and ive noticed that my damage doesnt get zapped anymore in true form like it used too (barb is currently lvl 21 atm) ? but in skill log it still says it gets reduced? is this a new revamp to barbs or glitch?

level 1- 3 has dmg reduction. the new sage true form (panda and replacement for current sage true form) has no damage reduction. I believe the reg sage true form has no reduction as well after the update. But i can not remember off hand. The higher you level true form the greater the loss. at 59 it is a 50%. With my vit barb I did not really notice much of an increase as the dmg reduction was based on the weapon damage not total after multipliers ect.

Yes, because people really need 900+ dex or 1000+ magic just for the lulz0 -
With the new Advanced True Form skill at level 89 there is no longer any attack reduction in true form. I thought that was only when got the level 89 skill advanced form, though.
Whether this is a glitch, accident, or intentional is a big debate with no comment from PWI. The fact that sages no longer experience attack reduction was never listed in any of their notes or as a benefit to the skill leads most people to think this was an oversight and poor copy-paste programming where they just gave the demon culti benefits to sage rather than program a sage and demon adv TF.
This was in the name of culti balancing. Sage got massive chi gain and full damage, demon got -5% to enemy crit rate for 5 seconds. Sounds fair.
Anyways... It shouldn't be occuring until you get the advanced form, which is an 89+ req, requires a level or spirit culti, and a 3 hour long quest to complete. If its occurring at your level its probably another glitch. As Salari pointed out TF attack reduction gets higher as you level it (in the old days, 3-5 years ago, it was sometimes recommended people didn't level it past level 1 if they had good defenses) so maybe its just not high enough for you to notice yet.
