Inactive a week - Banned now??

Well, i didnt log into my Account for about a week (and 2 friends had my PWI Account DATA) .... Well, the Send a ticket service does not work, i tried it multiple times, so i decided to make a Forum threat... Yeah, the problem is, my account got banned and i have no idea for what... My PWI Ingame name -removed- and if any GM could see this, it would be really nice if you could unbann me or even make a 3day Bann out of it or sth... (Maybe its a 3day bann, as i said: i cant see it)

    well, i see no other place for it... I cant send a Ticket, cant log in, nothing else works. If you can tell me a better way, go on :)

    Submit a ticket via email, directly from the email of the banned account to customerservice@perfectworld.com and they will help you out with your ban. As for bans, they aren't to be discussed on the forums so I'm going to have to close this.
