i just made a new account but why i dont get the email from pwi to activate it? been waiting for 32 hours already n submited a ticket but still no respond.

    Unless you use non-standard characters in your password.

    Basically, it's it's not a alpha-numeric character, or a common symbol on a US 101-key keyboard, it won't work in-game even though it will work just fine on the website.

    no i dont use any weird symbols etc, i just use only numbers on the pass and its been 3 days now still no confirmation email from pwi.. when i clicked resend activation i got email from customer support said "THIS IS A WARNING U DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGES" that is all..lol Customer Support rage? all in caps wth they sent that rather to just activate my new account. my ticket also unsolved till now. need help guys.

    In that case, you're just going to have to wait until it's your turn in the support line.

    Remember, it's 3-5 days for a response from an actual person, and weekends and holidays don't count.

    Also, for the all caps, it's about time they put that in the mail. It gets your attention.
    Many people would sit and re-submit tickets over and over. Guess what that does? It pushes all of your tickets to the bottom of the pile. If you go and update your ticket or submit a new one before it's picked up by someone on the support team, it's sent to the bottom again as if you had just submitted it.
