Where's my gold?!

PWI staff, I bought 20$ worth of Zhen at the store today, put the code into the area you do it at, and then transferred my 2000 zhen over to Archosaur server, except when I logged into my account, my gold was not there. I checked my other servers and my alt account, nothing. I want to know where my 20 gold is at, or else I might take my money over to Nintendo or Sony next time instead of Perfect World.

    I'm having the same issue. I charged and transferred zen and according to the site, my gold should be there. My boyfriend is having the same issue. What's going on?

    Ugh! This sounds just like last Wednesday with the Server crash, where it said the servers were up but they weren't.

    I just asked my faction if they know of anything and was told that they've heard this problem was caused by "those issues". It's happening to many other players also.

    put a ticket in to pwi they will find your cash have had same problem 4 times so far there reply will be there it is in your wallet even though when we looked it was not there b:byeb:bye

    Or go to sony and nintendo. When you had every one of them and found something going wrong everywhere, maybe you'll come back :D

    A lot of people have been having this problem lately. Seems like the only time you can charge for zen on pw anymore is a few days after maint. Even then you could still end up with issues.f:ouch
